Product descriptions, categories, and any figures shown on this site are for general information. They are not a binding offer or a fixed price. All orders, prices, quantities, timelines, and specifications are confirmed only in a written quote or agreement issued by UNITRY.

Uniform images and renders on this site may be representative. Final fabric, color, and finish are confirmed through physical samples before any bulk order.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the quote or contact form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. A binding order exists only once terms are agreed in writing between you and UNITRY.

Intellectual property

The UNITRY name, logo, and site content belong to UNITRY Uniforms. School, hospital, and company logos remain the property of their respective owners; we reproduce them only as instructed by you for your order.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it 'as is' and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, UNITRY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat, India.
